We ship worldwide, to all countries.

What are your shipping fees?

Your order will be dispatched via "Ukrposhta" - the national postal operator. Tracking number will be provided.

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel.

 

Standard delivery  provides tracking information on your parcels progress, to track your order please go to Track-trace.

 

Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

 

The summary of delivery timescales and cost are as follows:

 

Europe one item € 7.8 each additional item € 1.20 on orders over €123 FREE  10-18 days
Americas one item $ 9.50 each additional item $1.50 on orders over $150 FREE  12-18 days
Rest of the world one item $ 9.50 each additional item $1.50 on orders over $150 FREE  12-22 days

Canada  orders will be delivered via  Canada Post

UK  orders will be delivered via  Royal Mail

Greece  orders will be delivered via  EЛTA Hellenic Post

Israel  orders will be delivered via  Israel Post

All other countries customers can track your order on website of your national postal operators.

 

Do I have to pay import duties and/or import VAT on goods sent to me?

We mark all parcels as GIFT with customs value $5-$30 regardless of the actual cost of the order. You don't have to pay any customs duties and/or import VAT.

Why should I become a registered user?

You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, registering makes gift giving simple. Do you include the invoice to the package?

No, we don’t include the invoice to the package to avoid customs fees.

What is your return/exchange policy?

 

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different item.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
